Hollywood Hills High School
We will have a VR table at this event and will also provide free gun locks and gun safety information. This event is made up of multiple pop ups across Broward for families and children of all ages to learn about enriching resources and programs you, our providers and community partners, offer.
This week‘s webinar will feature a conversation surrounding federal advocacy. We will specifically dive into the Equal Rights Amendment & the John R. Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act.
Hallandale Magnet High School
We will have a voter registration/voter education table set up at this workshop and activities event promoting life skills and wellness for parents and students k-12. There will be music, games, pop up boutique, etc.
Supervisor of Elections Joe Scott joins us to answer all our questions about cleaning up voting rolls, precinct selection, early voting sites, new VBM form, new VR form, etc.
Opportunity for Leagues and League members to address advocacy, legislative, or policy issues directly with a member of the LWVUS staff.
Office hours are hosted on the second and fourth Thursdays of every month, from 3-4pm ET.

Help us reach our returning citizens! We will be addressing postcards to returning citizens encouraging them to reach out to the League for referral to a pro bono attorney. Postcards and stamps provided. We just need your labor to address the postcards! Space is limited.
