The  Margaret McGrath Leadership Program prepares participants for future leadership roles designed to sustain, grow, and diversify the League of Women Voters of Broward County.

Participants meet with League leadership and a series of elected officials during the nine-month program.

Participants must apply to the program and space is limited. Applications are available in the fall of each year and the program begins in January.  The first leadership class participated in 2024. Now in its third year, the program has grown each year with 14 participants in 2026.
