The Speakers Bureau provides both Voter Education and League Advocacy via in-person and virtual presentations.  Our purpose is to deliver information that raises awareness, increases action and promotes voting.

Of note are the biennial presentations developed to prepare Broward voters for impending elections. However, speakers also present on topics as wide ranging as Voting History, Civics,  and Women’s Suffrage. Additionally, the Bureau coordinates with other committees to provide advocacy presentations on issues such as gun safety, education and environmental concerns.

Speakers are trained on general speaking topics, specific presentation materials, and the technological tools that allow for efficient and well organized speaking engagements.
